I had an awesome time today. I got to spend some time with an amazing young man who is fighting ALS. Dustin Myers has such a positive approach to life and I truly feel I made a new friend today. Check out his blog to learn what an incredible kid he is. I am personally asking everyone to help out in anyway to help him. Send him emails, look him up on facebook or attend the beef and beer they are having for him on April 10, 2010.

I’m a friend of Dustin’s and I just learned of your visit with him. I wanted to leave you a note and thank you for what you did. As a huge Philadelphia sports fan myself, athletes from our city and especially champions like yourself are larger then life. Having a positive attitude is such a big factor in Dustin’s fight, and I know your visit gave him a major boost! Thank you for being so selfless and caring. Your visit with Dustin was an invaluable gift and one that he will never forget. There needs to be more people in the world like you. Thank You!
